Global Employer of Record (EOR)

By providing employer of record HR and payroll services, we serve as the legal employer for the on-demand talent you provide for your clients. In some regions, this is also known as “professional payrolling.”

Global Umbrella Company (AOR)

Functioning as an umbrella company, our AOR for independent workers supports the self-employed contractor you provide your clients with from start to finish. We validate their classification, especially in regards to “pay as you earn” (PAYE) and IR35 status, and assist with ongoing compliance. In some regions, this is referred to as “independent contractor (IC) compliance.”

IR35 AND CONTRACT WORKERS

The off-payroll working rules (more commonly known as IR35) is intended to make sure that independent or freelance employees who work through an intermediary pay the same income tax and National Insurance Contributions as an employee. As of 2021, identifying IR35 status switched from contractor to end client. Determining IR35 status can be complex, and if not dealt with properly it can lead to costly and lengthy cases. and UK courts are frequently divided when making a final judgement.
